Q: Until how many days before can I purchase Fast Track?
A: You can purchase it up to 24 hours before the arrival/departure flight!
Q: Does Fast Track include quick check-in, baggage retrieval, and customs?
A: No. This service includes escort assistance and the departure immigration process only.
Q: Where can we meet you after arriving at the airport?
A: You may contact us 2 days before the service via our email. Our team will also contact you via WhatsApp or email. Please make sure your WhatsApp number and email address are correct.

- Please meet at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours (at least 1 and a half hours if customers book a premium package) before departure time.
- Customers go to the airline and check in first by themselves and message us on their way to the E-F counter, then our staff will be there soon to meet them (we will come quickly, please wait for us). Our staff will hold the sign “Round Plus”.
- Customers must contact us before the Date of use for the meeting time confirmation. If customers are running late or early, they must inform us before heading to the airport.
- Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during departure, our staff cannot enter that line.
- **Please stay within the designated line, if customers leave the designated line service may be discontinued.
