The Departure services at Hanoi Airport are designed to provide a faster, more comfortable, and hassle-free travel experience for guests, including both leisure and business travelers.

Q: How far in advance can I purchase the Fast Track service?
A: The Fast Track service can be purchased up to 24 hours before the arrival or departure flight.
Q: Does the Fast Track service include faster baggage retrieval?
A: No. This service is separate from baggage handling and is exclusively for fast immigration clearance.

Please remain within the designated Fast Track lane at all times.
If the guest leaves the designated line, the service may be discontinued without refund.

Please meet at the designated meeting point at least 1 and a half hours before departure time.
Customers go to the airline and check in first by themselves and message us on their way to Gate A, then our staff will be there soon to meet them (we will come quickly, please wait for us).
Customers must contact us before the Date of use for the meeting time confirmation. If customers are running late or early, they must inform us before heading to the airport.
Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during departure, our staff cannot enter that line.
Our staff will be done when we have brought customers to the X-Ray inspection and VIP line.
