Baggage regulations: Each passenger is allowed to bring along + 01 luggage/suitcase (under 16 inches ~ 44x32x22cm) + 1 small bag (backpack, handbag) In case the passenger carries luggage that does not comply with regulations (bigger than the standard size, more bulky, etc.) or brings a second or more luggage, the bus company will charge an additional fee of 75,000 VND/luggage. Apply the holiday price from the following days : + Holiday 30/04 - 01/05: increase from 29/04 to 05/05 + Holiday 02/09: increase from 01/09 to 04/09 + Christmas + New Year: increase from 23/12 to 25/12 and 30/12 to 01/01/2025 + Lunar New Year: increase from 20/01/2025 - 09/02/2025 STOP ACCEPTING ORDERS 28/01 - 29/01/2025. Children policy Children who are under 4 years old or under 1m are free of charge if sitting in the same seat with their parents. Children who are 6 years or 1m or older buy tickets as adults. Pregnant women need to ensure their own health throughout the journey. The garage reserves the right to refuse service if the passenger does not comply with the regulations on children and women pregnancy.
